Calisthenics are one of the best way to build a harmonious physique and the necessary strength foundations if you are aiming for physical mastery.
It is a great way to start your movement journey, because it will teach you how to control your own bodyweight. It is also a very versatile approach with variations that can easily be adapted to your current level.
More than just strength, you will simultaneously develop mobility, coordination, endurance, and many other physical qualities that will support your evolution.
CALISTHENICS INITIATION is a 3 months beginner program in which you will:
Learn to master basic calisthenics (bodyweight) exercices and their progressions
Establish strength foundations to kick-start your movement journey
Develop and deepen your body awareness and muscle control
Develop a clear vision of the physical identity you wish to cultivate, and set clear goals to achieve it
Learn to adapt your training routine according to your unique personal goals
As a coach, I often noticed that teaching the techniques to build strength foundations and a well rounded physique was not enough to support my students in their physical transformation.
I realised that creating a sense of the physical identity my clients want to achieve is crucial to support consistency.
Defining a general vision serves as an anchor for long-term commitment. And since body and mind are deeply connected, real physical transformation can only be achieved by changing your mindset accordingly.
Once you have a clear vision, it becomes much easier to define specific goals to assess your progress, and create a sense of purpose that will keep you coming back for more.
Unlike most online training programs, you won’t be be left alone in front of your screen.
The first couple of weeks are decisive when in comes to create new habits. This is why I will personally guide you through weekly individual calls, where you will be able to ask questions, and we will make sure that every step is understood and performed properly.
Over the course of the program, our goal will be to develop autonomy in your training practice. You will learn to trust and better listen to your body, which is ultimately your only true teacher, not just in physical practice, but for Life in general!
