With almost fifteen years experience in calisthenics, fitness and natural movement, and after exploring a wide range of movement modalities, I develop a mindful approach of physical training to help individuals strengthen their connection with their body and awaken to their authentic potential.
Today I am broadening my skills in the fields of somatic awareness and body-mind practices. This enables new perspectives in my coaching, with a more subtle understanding of the human experience. Orienting my practice and my coaching towards human evolution and self mastery, expanding consciousness both physically and spiritually.
